Criton G. Tornaritis is the managing director of Tornaritis Corporate Services Limited, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Criton studied at the Law School of the University of Athens (LLB). He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1989. He speaks Greek, English, and Romanian. Criton is a member of the Cyprus Oil and Gas Association, member of the board of directors of various companies, and is a member of the board and chief financial officer of The Tornaritis – Pierides, Municipal Museum of Marine Life located in Ayia Napa.
Alexandros is based in the Nicosia office, where he heads up the corporate / finance department. Alexandros has studied Law at Sheffield University, (Bachelor of Law), attended the Bar Vocational Course, at the BPP Law School in London, UK and is a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple having been Called to the Bar of England & Wales. Alexandros further advises clients on Corporate and Commercial law matters related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Competition law and Corporate Insolvency.
Marios has been a Senior Partner at Tornaritis since 2009. Mario’s main areas of practice are banking litigation, commercial law and criminal law. Marios studied law at the University of Warwick. He has been practicing Law in Cyprus since 2002. He is the Vice President of the judicial committee of the Cyprus Volleyball Federation since 2008.
